Fees

Every case is different and unique in its own way.  As a result, we have determined that, it would best benefit our clients, if only upon reviewing the case can a fee be set and the type of payment arrangement for a specific matter.  We are open and willing to work with our clients to meet their financial situations by offering:

• Hourly rate – We will charge you a specific amount for every minute we work on your file.
• Block rate – We will set a flat fee to do specific tasks, for example preparation of defence or attendance at the hearing.

It is important to note that clients are responsible for disbursements.  Below are some examples of disbursements may include in litigation but are not limited to:

• Filing fees;
• Process serving fees; and
• Photocopying and binding.
